Steel Frame Canopy

A Steel Frame Canopy is the process of creating a galvanized steel framework for an overhead canopy and then laying down either glass, polycarbonate or multiwall polycarbonate sheet as the roof covering.

Steel frame canopy construction offers rigidity and strength and is ideally suited to outdoor exposed areas where wind and weather are regular factors.

All vertical steel supports are either cement fixed or connected via stainless steel bolts and baseplates. All steel cross beams are connected with stainless steel fixings. On the exposed outer surface, fittings are installed complete with waterproof rubber gaskets where applicable. All polycarbonate solid sheet and multiwall sheets are UV grade, offering manufacturer guarantee for a minimum of 10 years outdoors.

For polycarbonate roof projects, all our sheet materials are supplied by Irish Polycarbonate companies.
